Contact Person
As your contact person and link on site, we relieve you as a contact person at all service providers. We create, so to speak, the central theme of your event.
Budget and billing
We will work out a budget together with you. We negotiate with the service providers, take care – if desired – of billing with all partners, check them and create a corresponding overview for you.

We would be happy to create and implement a decoration concept for the design of your event.
Supporting program
Should the accompanying persons of your guests also be invited and entertained separately? Would you like to offer your guests and participants several supporting programs with different topics? Can your guests and participants choose between different activities? We support!

We’ll look for the right caterer for you, talk to those responsible for the chosen location and bring the event into line with the menu sequence. We pay attention to your preferences, possible allergies from guests or whether you are a vegetarian or vegan. We also attach particular importance to the choice of drinks. From non-alcoholic to wine or schnapps tasting, we adapt to your wishes. Eating or drinking – the spectrum and variety ranges from regional delicacies from the area to multi-award-winning star / Gault Millau and award-winning cuisine.
Location scouting
Do you already have a suitable location? Very good, we will adjust to it and work out a suitable event concept. You don’t have the ideal venue for you yet? Also good – let yourself be surprised by the suggestions, including detailed information, from our location scouts. It doesn’t always have to be the typical venue! Of course, we take care of all matters relating to the venue, such as seating, decoration, lighting and sound technology, etc.
